The open living area with cathedral ceilings, looks out onto the purples and greens of Abaco Sound and Tilloo Cut.      

French doors and large open windows enclosed by classic Bahamian shutters separate you from the expansive front porch. The cottage includes a living room, dining area and complete kitchen. The master bedroom with a queen bed, is also on this level. Above is a large loft with two double beds. There is a full bath inside and a pretty 1/2 bath outside with a redwood shower and Mexican style sink.

Green Bananas' dock is an ideal spot for swimming, snorkeling, fishing, and stargazing. From here watch the beautiful boats make their passage from Hope Town to Little Harbour.

After a day of snorkeling or island hopping, settle in on the large front porch. Take "rum down" at the custom mahogany "Green Banana" bar, Adirondack chairs or hammock.

How do I get there?

Marsh Harbour on Great Abaco Island has an International Airport that serves the "Out Islands". Miami, West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale offer convenient daily service to Marsh Harbour. Once there, a taxi will take you to several boat rental facilities where you can rent a boat for the duration of your stay. Our cottage is an easy 10-15 minute boat ride from Boat Harbour Marina in Marsh Harbour.

Deep sea fishing, bone fishing, snorkel and scuba guides are available locally.
